Glassdoor is seeking a Global Talent Operations Intern to join us for a 12 month opportunity, working 20 hours a week. In this role, you'll have the chance to impact Glassdoor's global talent strategy by supporting key talent programs and training. We're looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about Talent and seeking tangible experience to supplement their studies. This is a 100% remote opportunity; qualified candidates can be located almost anywhere in the United States. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to Glassdoor’s Global Workforce and Contractor Program. 
  • Monitor Zendesk queue and respond to employee, contractor, and vendor inquiries.
  • Assist in designing and administering training programs for new processes and systems for hiring, onboarding, managing, and offboarding contractors. 
  • Assist in managing external vendor relationships with Managed Service Providers, Staffing Agencies, and other third parties. 
  • Assist with general reporting and data analysis for the Contractor Program and other Global Workforce initiatives. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as People Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and Procurement on projects with the ability to learn more about those subject matters. 

What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI.
  • Prior academic and/or internship experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning and Development, or Business Operations. 
  • Robust data analysis and reporting skills in Google Sheets/Excel. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills. 
  • A deep curiosity and desire to dive deep into processes, find efficiencies, and make continuous improvements. 
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is strongly preferred but not required.

Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team. While we will try our best to support relocation requests, some requests may not be approved due to various tax, legal, or other restrictions.

Enjoy Remote and Explore: Employees authorized to work in their current location may Work Away for up to a total of 30 (thirty) working days in a calendar year without permanent relocation and compensation change.
