RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and implementing organizational change and communications around system improvements and net new technology product integrations and/or deployments
- Developing reports on metrics, utilization, engagement, crafting materials and aligned with strategic plans for enterprise-wide quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting cycles
- Collaborating and supporting the HRIS project team with user acceptance, integration, and system testing to further optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module
- Actively participating in the ongoing evaluation, vetting, and demonstrations from emerging talent technology vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for learning new concepts and systems
- Validated ability to grasp new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- A demonstrable understanding of data flows, structures, and API frameworks is crucial to success in this position
- Five (5) years' configuration, implementation, and super-administration with platforms like Lever or Greenhouse, and enterprise-grade ATS products in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday
- Seven (7) years+ combined expertise in full-cycle recruiting, tactical headhunting, talent sourcing, service delivery, technical support, customer service, sales, and facilitation
- Tried and true communicator, with an unparalleled ability to establish rapport, present, and collaborate across a wide variety of technical and non-technical staff
- Desire to work efficiently and achieve results individually, and as a part of a cohesive working group, in a combined variety of changing environments
- Familiarity with; continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies
