Lyft is seeking an experienced Indirect Global Supply Manager to join our Sourcing and Procurement Supply Chain team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs across various indirect categories, such as but not limited to IT, professional services, marketing, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating complex contracts, delivering savings, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing sourcing best practices in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, the successful candidate will focus on building a category strategy, identifying specific sourcing opportunities, contract negotiations, purchase order issuance, and implementation.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected range of pay for this position in the San Francisco area is $105,000 - $117,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
