[Global Selling]Principal I, Biz. Marketing

Build marketing strategy to support Coupang CN Seller recruitment efforts.

Lead the development of Seller recruitment marketing campaigns from initial brief to final launch.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.

Identify and build robust relationships with regional marketing agents to drive creative production and media placement efforts.

Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeks ways to improve

Own sales enablement materials roadmap and create various content tools (pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc) for Seller engagement and education, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent.

Plan and implement marketing campaigns/events to drive Seller acquisition and product adoptions.

Dive deep into local Sellers’ insights, figure out challenges and opportunities, and translate Seller valuable insights into actionable marketing plan.

Preferred qualifications.

MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or product management field.

Experience with paid media and owned media
