🗨️ About the Position

The Sales Manager for France & Benelux will drive the direct sales of Lunit AI solutions for Medical Imaging across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. This role demands a proactive sales hunter with the ability to operate collaboratively with the Lunit Europe team. Reporting to the Regional Director of South West Europe, this position will be essential in expanding Lunit’s market presence and achieving ambitious growth targets.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute prospecting strategies to achieve sales growth objectives, report sales forecasts, and ensure alignment with company mission and goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new customers through calls, emails, and events
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to inform strategic decisions
  • Conduct initial product demonstrations and address frequent customer inquiries
  • Frequently travel to meet with prospects and clients across France and Belgium

    • Understanding of the medical imaging and informatics markets, particularly in France and the Belgium region

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and decision-makers

🏅Qualification

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial or Scientific field
  • Demonstrated experience in sales positions within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High degree of autonomy, motivation, and versatility
  • Demonstrated proactive and strategic thinking skills
  • Language Proficiency: Native French speaker and fluent in English
  • Willingness for regular business travel within France and Belgium
