Global Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and tactical Global Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales teams in all our regions, with a focus in North America and EMEA by providing the necessary tools, processes, and resources to enhance their performance and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to structure information, create effective content, and implement processes that empower sales teams to succeed.

Contract & Location:
- Permanent full-time contract
- Paris office (rue des Archives, 75003 Paris)
- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

What You Will Do:
Your mission will be to empower our sales teams across all our regions, especially in North America and EMEA, by providing the right tools, processes, and content that drive success. You will work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that the sales force is equipped with the resources needed to excel.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of the sales teams and create clear, concise guidelines and tools that enhance their performance.
- Develop and deliver content, such as training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources that support sales processes and methodologies. Ensure it's structured in a comprehensive way, easy to digest and apply.
- Organize and manage the sales enablement tools and resources, ensuring they are accessible and effective in supporting sales activities.
- Facilitate a blended onboarding experience for new sales hires and deliver comprehensive training. Manage and continuously refine an onboarding that speeds up their ramp-up time
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create and refine sales collateral that aligns with our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Plan and execute change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools within the sales teams.
- Monitor the impact of enablement activities and adjust strategies as needed to meet the evolving needs of the sales teams.

What We Look For:
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Program Manager, Solutions Consultant… or a similar role within an international, fast-paced company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable materials.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methods, ideally within a Digital & SaaS environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is ideal but not required as we are transitioning towards an English-focused environment.
- A detail-oriented professional with the ability to implement and manage tactical processes effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with a can-do attitude, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
