We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to support one of our clients in global retailer industry in their Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program Management, particularly to support the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) RFP phase.
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) aimed at selecting a Systems Integrator (SI) for the enhancement of the organization’s IGA (IAM) system whilst also coordinating closely with the IT security and procurement teams to ensure the deliverability of all outputs.
Available: Immediately
Project Duration: Until end of March
Location: Fully remote (EU-time zone) - Occasional travels to the NL might be required
Key Responsibilities:
- RFP Development from Existing Documentation
- Review and analyze the existing business requirements and process maps to ensure thorough understanding and coverage.
- Translate these business requirements and process workflows into technical specifications and SI language suitable for an RFP.
- Incorporate functional and non-functional requirements, expected outcomes, timelines, and scope of work into the RFP.
- Ensure the RFP aligns with industry standards and best practices for IAM IGA system implementation.
- Vendor Communication and Clarification Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential vendors during the RFP query period.
- Manage and document all vendor communications including queries, clarifications, and amendments related to the RFP.
- Organize and facilitate meetings or calls as necessary to ensure clarity and understanding between all parties.
- · Vendor Proposal Evaluation Support
- Assist in the evaluation of received proposals against the RFP criteria.
- Participate in the scoring and assessment of proposals to ensure alignment with the project objectives and requirements.
- Compile a detailed evaluation report summarizing the proposals, including strengths, weaknesses, and compliance with the RFP.
