Position Purpose
The Hardware Solutions Onboarding team aims to be the sole interface for the Hardware Technology project deployment. The goal, for this team, is to ensure a global and consistent “first service” is rendered to the clients and internal parties.
This team will work around 2 main themes: Prioritization of onboarding and coordination of the whole deployment process (including but not limited to development resource allocation, risk management, and systems integration). The team is also in charge of the regular process review with the stakeholders.
The team must work as “one team” to ensure a cutting-edge onboarding service to customers and work closely with major functions like the Technical Sales, Development, and Customer Care teams.
Overall, through this dedicated onboarding team and a single point of contact, the team is responsible for customer satisfaction and the onboarding experience
To facilitate and provide a complete transversal onboarding service to internal parties and regional offices. Producing project risk assessments, project profiles, performance analyses, learnings, and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Process
Work closely with the Customer Front End and Regional Offices Operations to facilitate the collection of project rollout details and other relevant documents in accordance with the prevailing account opening procedures and local regulations.
Review and approve new client on-boarding projects for global accounts
Perform a qualitative and quantitative check on New Solutions Onboarding projects
Ensure all deployment files are stored and maintained accordingly
Manage machine reservation and supply chain planning at the project level
Provide guidelines/templates on the deployment (onboarding) process of the solutions
Prepare regular reports for Management review (account documentation irregularities, monthly statistics).
Ensure timely processing of static data updating requests.
Bachelor’s degree holder
3-4 years experience in solution onboarding.
Project management experience is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
