Docplanner offers solutions for individual doctors (small businesses) and Patient Management Systems for clinics (mid to enterprise) across key markets in Europe and Latin America. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that unify marketing efforts across these segments, drive growth, and integrate our product offerings. This role involves overseeing the marketing funnel, mentor the Product Marketing team, and positioning Docplanner’s AI product suite to accelerate new business acquisition and customer retention.

Unify marketing strategies for individual doctors and clinics, ensuring a consistent approach that spans from top-of-funnel awareness to sales enablement. Develop messaging that resonates with both small practices and larger clinics based on their unique needs and market dynamics.
Create targeted product packaging and storytelling that helps go-to-market teams differentiate the right offerings for various customer profiles, such as solo practitioners looking for visibility and agenda management or clinics needing advanced patient management solutions.
Leverage Docplanner’s AI product suite to position our advanced capabilities, incorporating AI-driven features such as automated appointment scheduling and improved patient experience during appointments, in marketing campaigns to speed up new business acquisition.
Collaborate with clinics teams to integrate multiple acquired solutions into a cohesive offering, seeking opportunities to drive growth and efficiency by refining value propositions and aligning with global marketing strategy.
Work closely with growth and sales teams to improve conversion rates by providing documentation on product benefits, gathering feedback from sales interactions, and developing playbooks for high-impact selling.
Support onboarding initiatives to enhance the post-purchase experience for doctors and clinics, ensuring users quickly adopt core features like appointment management, electronic medical records, payment processing.
Monitor adoption among larger clinic accounts, partnering with GTM teams to promote the uptake of newly developed features, track usage metrics, and facilitate additional training where needed.
Familiarity with key markets in Europe and Latin America, with an understanding of regional differences in healthcare systems and buying behaviors.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, go-to-market teams, and product managers to refine positioning and ensure that sales collateral is relevant and impactful for different customer segments.
Demonstrated success in leading product marketing initiatives across various customer segments, developing tailored strategies for different business sizes and use cases.
Analytical mindset, capable of using data to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
Strong communication skills with a talent for crafting narratives that make complex products easy to understand and sell.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Italian, or other European languages is a plus.
