We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Global Product and Process Specialist to be a global capability leader, tracking the performance and facilitating the implementation of our commercial strategy and critical processes in our main markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and will be based in São Paulo, SP.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ABI countries and operations in multiple continents
  • Analyze KPIs, define action plans, and monitor progress to drive improvements
  • Drive meetings, presentations, and track action plans with the countries.
  • Conduct process mapping, define clear process parameters, and implement continuous process improvements
  • Align monthly strategy with markets
  • Monitor new market expansions and provide support with product and process implementation
  • Share Best Practices among markets
  • Lead pilot projects with operations teams

Stakeholders & Performance visibility

  • Lead and maintain a high level of communication and interaction with local and global teams.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to local and global leadership
  • Track record of achieving targets and goals.

Product & Data

  • Gather customer feedback and requirements, collaborating with the Product team to address them
  • Partner with the business director to prioritize product backlog – acting as the pillar owner for country-specific requests
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams on feature discovery and activation with Bus
  • Partner with the data team for KPI tracking and reporting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • High proficiency in English (Fluent), Portuguese (Fluent), Spanish (Intermediate)
  • Location: São Paulo – SP
  • Commercial experience (sales), experience in project management or process mapping is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and foster positive business relationships
  • Ability to work well across multiple stakeholders across different cultures
  • Continuous improvement and learning mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities and develop creative solutions
  • Proactivity, accountability, self-organization, and ability to perform multiple tasks are essential
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for compiling reports and data analysis

• Technical skills desirable, to assist product or service usage in markets (SQL, python)
