The Global Performance Marketing Lead (Courier) will be responsible for devising the global courier marketing strategy and roadmap to deliver high-impact campaigns that acquire couriers at scale. We are looking for someone who’s an experienced marketer with a strategic, analytical & financial mindset and strong skill sets for operation, project management & execution. The role is tasked with maximizing the efficiency of our marketing investment while making sure our supply never becomes a blocker for Wolt’s future growth.
You will lead the Courier Acquisition team, working closely with our central marketing, our central product & operations as well as our country operation teams in 25+ markets. The role will also work closely with our Central brand and lead our online marketing to launch best-in-class integrated campaigns across multiple markets.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop our Courier Acquisition strategy, define the 6,12 & 18 months roadmap for our Courier Operation together with our Product and Operations.
- You are a hybrid of Finance-savvy plus marketing expert that can own the full courier marketing P&L from acquisition, incentives, referral, job boards, etc… This includes creating and masterminding the strategies, and tactics to generate demand for our courier works and building our employer branding & top of mind.
- Develop a consistent tone of voice for our content across all our markets and channels. A couple of Wolt’s most valuable features are our tone of voice and how our brand comes across to our users. With your help, we want to keep the same tone of voice in our communications consistent but do it in a way that resonates with our Courier partners.
- Leading the courier marketing team, owning the content & landing page optimization process to acquire Courier Partners efficiently.
- Being a reliable partner with our Central Ops & Regional Ops to build proper supply & demand forecasts and getting all parties aligned on the goals and KPIs that the marketing can execute to balance the right supply at all time.
- Have an eye for marketing data and analytics. You will have lots of support from our team of data wizards, but we do expect you to be comfortable working with data and sharing insights to a wider audience. You will own and build the Marketing Tech Stack for Courier Marketing and be the strong partner with our MarTech to build the growth machine globally.
- Experienced growth marketer, preferably experienced working with the tech industry, startup & especially with courier marketing at scale.
- Proven analytical experience in utilizing data to design, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing activities.
- Proven track record in building global growth teams to grow the courier marketing at scale via acquisition channels.
- Experienced leading the team running PPC campaigns via Google, Facebook, Job board, Taboola, etc… and having a strong understanding of scaling them in multiple countries.
- Exhibit high degrees of creativity to support the ideation of marketing campaigns that appeal to a diverse range of customers globally.
- Strong communicator, someone who can influence, lead, and negotiate with people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Equally happy to be on the streets driving a guerilla marketing campaign and being in the office looking at customer cohort numbers and coming up with actionable, data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to successfully develop and execute major multi-channel marketing campaigns.
