Requirements

    • Check and Validate the Inputs received from HR Ops for all Global Locations.
    • Ensure that payroll reports are reviewed, validated before run and payout are done as per management agreed dates.
    • Ensure payroll taxes are paid as per respective country scheduled dates in due co-ordination with Payroll agencies.
    • Ensure payroll returns are filed as per respective country scheduled dates in due co-ordination with Payroll agencies.
    • Resolve issues if any with respect to payroll matters in due co-ordination with Payroll agencies and HR Ops.
    • Maintain general ledger and passing all entries with regard to payroll transactions in Financial System.
    • Preparing payroll schedules duly tied with payroll expenses and Liability as per Financial vs Payroll reports.
    • Prepare reconciliation on monthly basis for the payroll expense and payroll liability GLs.
    • Prepare audit schedules on a quarterly basis.
    • Ensure contractor compliances are ensured by issuing 1099 Forms in US in due co-ordination with law firm.
    • Ensure payroll are run as per payroll policies and procedures Review and suggest changes wherever required to align with current best practices.
    • Co-ordinates with team to resolve GL team queries if any.
    • Helping with various Global statutory compliance.
    • Payroll processing, recording and reconciliation experience for US and UK market is a must. 
    • Knowledge of Integration between payroll platforms and accounting system.
