We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Global Partnership Program Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Productivity Team. As the Partner Program Manager at Achievers, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and org-wide campaigns in collaboration with key partners, including Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for building scalable and impactful partner programs that drive revenue growth. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional global role supporting several departments including Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders and leaders across the business to operationalize, lead, and execute on org-wide strategic partnership initiatives to support Revenue Growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, email marketing, content creation, and social media, to drive awareness and demand generation.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships (Alliances) team to align on joint GTM strategies and co-marketing initiatives with key partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and case studies that highlight the value of the Achievers and partner solutions.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities and that all messaging is up to date throughout multiple channels (Partner marketplace listings, Achievers website, Sales resources, etc.)
- Conduct ongoing enablement to the Revenue & Services teams to educate on partner offerings, partner positioning and joint value propositions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner initiatives and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of revenue campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations function in the B2B technology space with exposure to Marketing
- Successful record of running programs to accelerate revenue growth
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR technology, and related industries.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global SaaS company
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and processes to increase revenue
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft ecosystems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working in Events is an asset
