Job Overview

To help us deliver on our promise to the customer and reach our goals we are growing our in-house executive recruiting team. We are seeking passionate recruiters who are driven to find and attract the best talent in the world. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent for our organization. You will work closely with internal leadership, gaining insights into our company culture, values, and strategic goals to ensure alignment in candidate selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed candidate reports that provide valuable information to guide our decision-making process.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top executives. This involves understanding the organization’s strategic goals and the specific leadership roles needed to achieve these goals.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. This includes attending industry events, conferences, and engaging with professional groups.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use advanced sourcing techniques to find and attract high-caliber candidates. This could include direct outreach, leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, and utilizing executive search databases.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and leadership potential. This may involve coordinating with other executives within the organization to facilitate panel interviews or discussions.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, provide advice on the executive search process, and discuss potential candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the search process.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of extensive experience in recruitment, specifically in executive search, with a proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous.
  • Strong networking skills, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and the ability to negotiate and influence at a high level. Must have a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of business operations and strategic needs.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial. The role requires someone who is proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a clear understanding of recruiting-related compliance and risks and serve as a role model in terms of ethics.
  • Must be highly motivated and cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Must be Bilingual in English & Korean
