As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent for our organization. You will work closely with internal leadership, gaining insights into our company culture, values, and strategic goals to ensure alignment in candidate selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed candidate reports that provide valuable information to guide our decision-making process.

Over 10 years of extensive experience in recruitment, specifically in executive search, with a proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR or recruitment are advantageous.

Strong networking skills, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and the ability to negotiate and influence at a high level. Must have a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of business operations and strategic needs.

Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial. The role requires someone who is proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
