POSITION SUMMARY
The role is directly responsible for overseeing the governance steps on the day to day activities in preparation of a Funds Flow Memorandum (“FFM”). The FFM is a key internal control document that is used as a supporting document to process cash flows for all KKR private markets transactions globally. It is currently prepared on an application called Workiva, which serves as a data secure environment for managing the sensitive information that is collated as part of a funds flow process, significantly reducing email traffic and reliance on emails for the exchange of such information. This role provides frequent exposure to various internal and external stakeholders across all regions and offices and also has the opportunity to drive impactful changes, as we look to build a Centre of Excellence (“COE”) and deliver several enhancements to the FFM preparation process.
