Role Overview


As an International Launcher, you will be responsible for opening and scaling new country operations for Oppizi. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role at the intersection of operations, logistics, partnerships, and market development. You will act as the first on-the-ground operator, building the foundations of a new market before handing it over to a local team.
This role is ideal for a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities

Market Launch & Operations

  • Launch Oppizi operations in new international markets from scratch
  • Set up local operational processes, logistics flows, and quality standards
  • Identify, onboard, and manage local distribution partners and suppliers
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oppizi standards

Business Development Support

  • Support initial sales efforts by helping scope, price, and execute first client campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to translate client needs into operational execution
  • Act as the operational point of contact for early-stage clients in the market

Process & Performance Management

  • Implement Oppizi’s operational tools, reporting, and KPIs locally
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize execution
  • Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and pragmatically

Hiring & Handover

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of the first local hires
  • Train local teams on Oppizi processes, tools, and culture
  • Ensure a structured handover once the market reaches operational maturity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with central teams (Operations, Tech, Sales, Finance)
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve tools, processes, and playbooks

Requirements


Must-Have

  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, startups, or field roles
  • Strong execution mindset with proven ability to operate autonomously
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate short- to mid-term
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience launching new markets, projects, or business units
  • Background in last-mile logistics, marketplaces, or field operations
  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience
