What would you'll do in our different roles:
You will be part of our D2C Operations/ Logistics teams and focus on one of the following missions :
Strategic Procurement
Identify new suppliers in different regions, support cost reduction projects, and collaborate on negotiations with business partners.
Implement cost-saving actions, analyze cost drivers, and continuously seek efficiency improvements to establish industry-leading benchmarks.
Support risk assessment to mitigate supply chain disruptions and contribute to the strategic development of vendors.
Work with internal stakeholders on product life cycle decisions, process improvements, and sourcing strategies to drive business growth.
Operations Analytics
Analyze network constraints and bottlenecks and perform data analysis to improve our service and inventory
Support strategic initiatives to improve demand forecasting as well as supply and inventory planning
Lead projects to drive standardization and data processes to the next level
Warehouse and Supplier Management
Support in the steering and the coordination of suppliers and logistics service providers and take over day-to-day operations activities
Own strategic projects to improve our processes, systems and supply chain
Take over initiatives in logistics controlling, analysis, network management and optimization
Process Improvement and Project Management
Own strategic projects to improve our operational processes
Drive sustainability activities in our supply chain
Take over steering and execution of day-to-day operations
Analyze network constraints and bottlenecks and perform data analysis to improve our service
Drive Emma’s long-term planning, preparing the future of the company
Negotiation and Purchasing
Lead negotiation of warehouses and transportations services
Source new providers to improve service quality and customer experience
Use negotiation tactics to reduce overall spending
Evaluate current and new partners on a set of KPI and Service Level
Who we're looking for:
You have completed some study cases in business administration, business informatics or a related subject. Ideally, you have initial practical experience in the area of operation or supply chain management and logistics.
You master MS Office, especially Excel, in your sleep. If you have some basic interest in data modeling and programing, it would be a great plus.
You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills - other language skills are an advantage.
You are able logically explain your decisions, also well self-organized and independent.
You are quick to grasp and have a solution-oriented approach to new tasks and problems. Ideally you can share some project execution success stories with us.
You are available for at least 6 months.
