As our Global Omnichannel Performance Manager you are developing and implementing the benchmark and infrastructure needed for effective performance measurement and ROI guidelines related to communication investments. This includes both ad-hoc and regular KPI reports for senior management, while also conducting performance studies when necessary.
In more detail you will work on the following tasks:
- Communication Performance Monitoring: Aggregating performance of communication initiatives against defined KPIs, including always-on content and campaign performance, for global, regional and local campaigns.
- Online Experience Analysis: Evaluating and benchmarking online customer experience channels, setting performance benchmarks, and providing recommendations for enhancing Tires online presence. Analyzing performance metrics across digital channels to evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies. Monitoring SEO and SEM performance.
- Customer and Consumer Experience Measurement: Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies from the perspective of the customer and consumer experience. Providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
- Cross-Channel Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and comparing communication performance across multiple channels to identify the most effective platforms and content types.
- Trends and Opportunities: Monitoring trends in audience behavior and content engagement to identify emerging opportunities for improving communication performance and enhancing audience connection.
- Academic degree in marketing, communication, or an equivalent qualification
- Min 7 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, mobile, email, in-store, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, as well as strong understanding of channel dynamics and performance drivers
- Working knowledge creating comprehensive dashboards and reports on the topic
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations
- Project management skills in a complex organization
- Experience in internal education beneficial
- Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required
- Open to travel up to 20%, incl. business trips abroad
