Global Mobility Manager

As a Global Mobility Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving staff on assignment. You will be working with the Head of Global Mobility and the global mobility team to provide employees with a high standard tailored GM service focusing on a positive client experience. Besides that, you will be working with HRBPs and Business leaders and will provide solutions to business need based on the GM policy framework.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help: 

  • Implementing Syngenta new Mobility program and processes and training/communicating clearly to relevant stakeholders  
  • Participating in a creation of new technology workflows and compliance process implementation 
  • Managing the end-to-end assignment process 
  • Preparing cost estimates, assignment documentation, compensation calculations and liaising with vendors 
  • Overseeing and/or managing IA recharge process 
  • Coordinating Monthly IA payroll – previous knowledge of IA payroll required 
  • Collaboration and initiation of vendors (tax, relocation, other) 
  • Exception management

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • BSc/MSc degree or equivalent 
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in Global Mobility or related fields 
  • Fluent English language knowledge 
  • Strong numerical skills and solid experience in MS Excel 
  • Ability to establish close working relationships with the HR Operational Services Delivery teams, Global HRBP’s/HR, Finance, key business stakeholders and external third-party providers 
  • Ability to provide guidance and make recommendations within policy 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive/develop in a complex business environment 
  • High level of customer service & delivery 
  • Good attention to detail
