The HR function is responsible for supporting the company's strategy by attracting, retaining, growing and motivating our people.
We are currently looking for a Global Mobility & HR Projects Lead with great organizational skills, passion, positive attitude, strong people-and team-centric mindset and work ethic to support our HR Department, reporting directly to the Global Head of HR.
The role will report to the Global Head of HR managing and supporting the company’s global mobility program. Also you will coordinate multiple initiatives across HR (including employee experience, compensation and benefits, career paths, talent acquisition, learning and career development ). You will also work closely with the HR teams and various departments to ensure that HR policies and practices are consistently applied, and that the individual contributors have a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
(80% Global Mobility / 20% Global HR Projects):
Global Mobility Management:
- Manage and coordinate international assignments, relocations, hires and transfers.
- Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures, in collaboration with C&B team, where necessary.
- Assist in visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Source new vendors as required.
- Liaise with vendors, stakeholders and service providers, such as Legal, Tax, Procurement.
- Provide pre-departure and post-arrival support to expatriates and their families.
- Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate relocation services, including housing, schooling (if applicable), and cultural training.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of all Global Mobility practices.
Global HR Projects/Initiatives:
- Fostering a strong culture of employee experience, across areas including performance management, people and team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and employee relations.
- Identifying people's risks and putting in place proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Looking for global opportunities to improve workplace behaviors, build positive relationships, and enhance team dynamics.
- Supporting global initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace culture for individual contributors.
- Delivering and driving global actions on Employee Surveys.
- Working closely with C&B for salary benchmarks.
- Providing support across the entire employee lifecycle and in particular stabilizing through transitional career stages such as promotion and resignation, or pay reviews
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing global metrics/KPIs to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
- Preparing and presenting global reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in generalist or HR business partner roles
- Experience in mobility programs (internal / external)
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly numerical with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem solving capabilities
- High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality and quality of work
