Global Marketing Events Coordinator (Hybrid - Boston, MA)

We are looking for a talented events coordinator with a strong background in event management, design, communication, and experience across a variety of high-profile strategic in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate will be a marketing events expert who can leverage their knowledge and experience to continually up-level and grow our event presence.

In this role, you will work as a member of the global strategic events team and help to coordinate end-to-end planning and execution. You will collaborate with team members and vendors for successful day-of delivery across our Dynatrace events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of assigned strategic events from start to finish
  • Support and execute assigned responsibilities for Dynatrace corporate events - user conference, summit series, partner events, etc. This includes strategy and event success metrics, internal team management, sales enablement, speaking session logistics, on-site planning and logistics, budget, and reporting
  • Maintain event lead follow-up processes, tracking and reporting using Salesforce and Marketo
  • Oversee marketing inventory and marketing event equipment
  • Deliver positive impact to pipeline and brand perception
  • Provide best practice and comparative reviews of competitors’, industry, and leading events and programs

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years experience in designing, developing, and delivery of hosted programs for customers and prospects globally, preferably in the tech industry
  • Experience leading several end-to-end events from initial objective setting through brainstorming, development, day-of-execution and follow up
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing software and tools (SalesForce and Marketo preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, team building, collaborative skills developing and working with high performing teams who understand business and audience needs
  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional global teams and communicate to all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to assigned in-person events throughout the year
  • Knowledge of the business impact and strategic use of user conferences, global seminar series, and large 1st and 3rd party events in the tech industry

DOE, annual salary is $65K - $75K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
