🗨️ About the position

Join us at Lunit and become a part of our mission to revolutionize medical imaging with AI. To meet the high demands in Japan, we are seeking a passionate candidate capable of developing Lunit's GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy. This role collaborates closely with team members at our Seoul office.


🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Short- and long-term access strategies (including, Partnerships, Sales channel development, Product positioning, etc.)
  • Exceptional success in financial performance, encompassing channel management, funnel generation, and related areas.

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in the Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging industry.
  • Native written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Deep knowledge about Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging Industry.
  • Successful experience on developing/managing a Team along with a short- and long-term access strategies.
  • Understanding about PMDA.
  • Must have strong strategic acumen and be pragmatic in execution.
  • Experience coordinating internal teams across organizational boundaries and managing external public affairs, communications and other agencies and consultants.

  • Proficient in sales forecasting and funnel management skills.
  • Be highly team oriented, collaborative, and adept at developing trusting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Be able to function in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment; be able to lead in a balanced manner with poise, especially in ambiguous situations.
  • Well-structured documentation skill.
  • Logical thinking based on the evidence.
