We are looking for our future Global Institutional Support Manager to be a key member of the Institutional team at the Swissquote headquarter. As a leader within the department, your role will be mainly focused on our different entities around the globe. Your main missions will be the following:
- Support by helping to transform the prospect to client (participation to meetings, knowledge sharing, presentations preparation).
- Support by offering a direct line for the onboarding of the client and do a close follow-up with the BRM team and the HQ Compliance team.
- Support on the monitoring and the operational side by ensuring deals are executed, transfers of assets are done and liaise directly with the clients should there be any issue.
- Manage a team of two people and assigning the tasks.
- Be the main point of contact for all the managers from our entities in Zurich and abroad.
- Graduated from a Bachelor or a Master in Economics or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer care or relationship management, in a financial services context, is mandatory.
- A first experience as a manager is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of all Swissquote platforms (FX, CFXD, SQ Professionals, Integral) and products.
- French and English speaker (mother tongue or very fluent as you will be dedicated to service all the sister companies of the Bank), working proficiency in German is a plus.
- Rigorous, great sense of priorities and excellent organizational skills.
- You have a talent in efficiency and strong communications skills.
- You have an open-minded, team-oriented spirit and you are capable to work under pressure.
