- Provide support for the Global Learning design team for administrative tasks and support for global project activities (documentation, video and PowerPoint creation, webpage administration, etc);
- Develop reporting and analytical needs for the business;
- Documentation and Reporting to support project managements;
- Complete regular data quality reviews;
- Update and improve global training materials/ existing eLearnings;
- Continuously work to improve existing standards and quality processes;
- Conduct research and analysis on learning trends and technologies;
- Design of supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations);
- Become an active member of Continental’s Learning Community;
- Collaborate closely with other Learning designers from Continental.
- University studies on going;
- Fluent English knowledge is mandatory;
- Microsoft Office package knowledge needed (PowerPoint, excel, etc.);
- Graphic design and Data visualization;
- optimally eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, TTKF etc.);
- Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment;
