We are currently transforming Sinch HR, to be fit for purpose for the future. This includes the design of new global HR processes, implementation of new HR technology and improved ways of working, with the establishment of a Global HR Operations capability.

To strengthen HR Operations, we are now looking for a Global HR Services Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and shape the delivery of future HR services at Sinch.

About the role

The Global HR Services Lead is responsible for ensuring, and continuously developing the efficiency of HR Service Delivery processes. This includes analyzing, developing, and standardizing HR processes and support by increasing self-service and the usage of digital tools. The role is also responsible for coordinating the HR information and communication.

Key responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the global HR Services; HR Communication, HR Service Delivery, and HR Process Management. The role will ensure that services and processes are standardized, efficient, and implemented globally.

HR Service Delivery

  • End-to-end responsibility for the self-service portal, ensuring HR information is up-to-date, easy to understand, accessible, and accurately utilized by the digital assistant.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and optimize service delivery and cost efficiency by increasing self-service, automation and digital tools.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to stay informed and enhance process efficiency and information management.

HR Communication

  • Own the coordination and execution of global HR communication, ensuring consistency and a unified voice across all channels. This applies both within the HR function and in communication with employees and managers across Sinch.

HR Process Management

  • Responsible for formatting, organizing, and maintaining the collection of all HR processes and policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the efficiency and compliance of HR processes and policies.

Leadership

  • Contribute to develop the Global HR Operations delivery as part of the Global HR Operations management team.

The role is based at our HQ in Stockholm and report to the Head of Global HR Operations.

About You

  • Significant experience in HR Services Delivery model in a global context.
  • Experience from working with HR processes, from development to implementation and driving efficiency
  • Experience leading HR projects successfully
  • Proven ability to lead and manage organizational transformation, incl. process improvements and technology implementations
  • Fluency in English
