About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Brand and Communication to join our Central Marketing Team. Your mission is to lead our efforts in shaping and maintaining our brand identity, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring our message resonates with audiences on the European and African continent. You will work closely with the local marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, streamline marketing efforts and create synergies and bestpractice sharing across all markets.
TASKS :
- Creating a global brand image and ensuring consistency across all communication channels and regions (social media, OOH, …)
- Leading a global communication plan with annual highlights, new features and services.
- Creating communication assets for all markets to streamline marketing efforts and ensure a fast go to market plan for all countries.
- Increase brand engagement in our different markets by developing a performant and innovative communication strategy.
- Improving our in app communications for a greater user engagement, working closely with local sales, marketing and content teams as well as product teams.
- Enhancing our social media strategy, be always on the cutting edge of new trends to challenge local teams and bring up new ideas.
- Leading monthly get together for best practices sharing between social media managers as well as local brand managers in order to create greater synergies
- Leading new projects like the implementation of specific tools to simplify processes, reportings and workload for the teams.
- Measurment of brand awareness, share of voice and reputation in our different markets
- Communication on global partnerships & ensure local adoption
Profil :
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Experience : minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing and communication in a digital & eCommerce environment. At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Influencer, Social Media and OOH communication strategies, PR is an advantage
- Language skills : french, english and arabic are mandatory.
