As our Global Facilities Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind creating an environment where our Campers can do their best work.
This role encompasses real estate planning, facilities operations, workplace experience, compliance, ESG strategies and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S). You will ensure our work environments are safe, compliant, and conducive to productivity, reflecting our culture and commitment to excellence.
From managing day-to-day facility operations to ensuring sustainability initiatives are in place, your work will shape how our offices feel and function. Whether it’s streamlining processes, supporting workplace safety, or championing a seamless hybrid work experience, your impact will be felt across our global hubs.
Must-Haves:
✔ Experience in facilities operations or office management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing maintenance services, refurbishments and relocations.
✔ Experience in facilities strategy development and execution: Ability to develop and execute strategies in collaboration with other teams, including People Experience, and aligning office operations with broader organizational objectives like growth, culture, and environmental goals
✔ Technical knowledge: A good understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
✔ Budgeting and financial management skills: Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, controlling costs, and making financial decisions that benefit an organisation.
✔ Proactive problem-solving skills—when something goes wrong, you’re the first to jump in and find a solution.
✔ Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
✔ Flexibility and Adaptability: Given the global context, flexibility in managing offices in different timezones and adaptability to various regulatory and cultural environments. Additionally, able to work outside of office hours to support maintenance activities that cannot be conducted during normal business hours
✔ A proactive, service-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to make the workplace experience better for others.
