Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated eCommerce Marketing Director to drive our DTC, social Commerce and lead our ambitious international expansion. The eCommerce Marketing Director will drive all marketing activities for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels. This role is crucial in planning, managing, and executing our promotional and trade marketing strategies to achieve both brand and commercial goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting original, on-brand promotional ideas, anticipating market needs, and optimizing plans based on performance metrics. Additionally, this position will oversee the expansion of social commerce initiatives, focusing on content creation, live streaming, and maintaining strong partnerships with platform vendors to drive growth and engagement.
