As the Global Brand and Partnership Manager in Continental Tires you will contribute to the marketing growth for the Tire Sector, and in particular lead the partnerships strategy: Sponsorship, Co-Branding, Brand Ambassadors, Influencer Marketing. The role requires to bring outside-in perspective, partnership industry expertise and benchmark to develop and implement brand relevant partnership strategy. Key targets are to grow our brand equity and partnership ROI to generate sustainable revenue growth.
You will evolve Continental marketing into a growth engine, by successfully leading the strategic initiatives in line with our Tires Vision 2030.
In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
- Overarch partnerships strategy and communication to ensure consistency and maximize ROI across all global, pan-regional, and local partnerships.
- Partnership Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for sponsorships, Brand Ambassadors, influencer marketing and co-branding aligned with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Identification, Evaluation and Management of Global/Pan-Regional Partnership: Identifying potential long-term sponsorship, partnership, and co-branding opportunities that are in sync with the brand’s values, target audience, and strategic goals.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis: Establishing robust and consistent KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Partnership Capability Building: Increasing partnership management across the organization with solid and consistent guidelines, tools and processes and enabling the organization to be proactive and take advantage of new and emerging opportunities.
- Digital and Social Media Performance: Creating guidelines to identify influencers and Brand Ambassadors and maintain sustainable relationships. Working closely with marketing, PR, and social media teams to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing initiatives.
- Content Marketing: Establishing guidelines for content created by Influencers and Brand Ambassadors to ensure it is engaging, authentic, and on-brand.
- Academic degree in brand, marketing, communication, or an equivalent qualification
- Min 10 years of experience in partnership management, with at least 5 years at global level within a FMCG company or media group
- Experience in sponsorship, co-branding, co-marketing, brand ambassadors and influencer marketing
- Solid track record in leveraging global partnership to build brand equity, consumer centricity and generate incremental sales revenue
- Project management skills
- External partners management
- Experience in social media strategy and monitoring beneficial
- Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required
- Open to travel up to 20%, incl. business trips abroad
