As the Global Brand and Marketing Manager in Continental Tires you will globally execute the Marketing Growth for the Tire Sector, and in particular lead the brand strategy and customer centricity initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and overseeing the overall brand strategy and performance towards the Tires organization.
The role requires to bring outside-in perspective, competitive benchmark, and customer/consumer insights to adopt a future-proofed Brand strategy, endorsed by all Business Areas and Markets. Key targets are to grow our brand equity and marketing ROI to generate sustainable revenue growth.
In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
- Brand Strategy and Governance: Defining and maintaining the brand’s long-term strategy, developing comprehensive brand guidelines, governance process and training to ensure brand consistency across communication channels worldwide
- Brand Measurement and Performance: Establishing robust and consistent KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI and revisiting approval processes and ensuring appropriate activation budgets are in place
- Brand and Communication Capability Building: Increasing brand knowledge across the organization with solid and consistent guidelines, tools, and processes. Collaborating with marketing teams across different regions to ensure the adoption of best practices, adapting strategies as necessary to fit local markets while maintaining overall strategic alignment.
- Marketing Communication and Research: Developing global marketing campaigns and always-on content together with Business Areas and Markets, consistent with the global brand identity, while overseeing the guidelines and assets implementation into the DAM.
- Academic degree in brand, marketing, communication, or an equivalent qualification
- Min 10 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years at global level within a FMCG company or creative agency
- Solid track record in building brand equity, consumer centricity and turning customer insights into growth
- Experience leading global brand transformation, working with B2B and B2C brands
- Experience in leading people and projects in a multi-location matrix organization
- Project management skills
- Experience in DAM and market research beneficial
- Professional working proficiency in English, no other language required
- Open to travel up to 20%, incl. business trips abroad
