A leading Search AI company is seeking a Global Alliance Director - AWS based in Seattle, WA. The company enables users to find answers in real-time, using data at scale, and integrates search precision with AI intelligence to drive business outcomes. The Global Alliance Director will lead the strategic development and global management of the alliance with AWS, driving initiatives and ensuring customer success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global AWS leaders to develop joint strategies and plans, including investments in capacity and skills, co-selling, and industry & cloud-based accelerators.
- Drive execution of revenue programs, initiatives, and capacity growth.
- Bring joint sales plays, offerings, and industry assets to market and engage with the company’s field sales teams.
- Evangelize the company’s value proposition within AWS and facilitate AWS' offerings within the organization.
- Execute and manage global pipeline and revenue tied to AWS' strategies in alignment with both internal and external partners.
- Maintain pipeline and dashboards to communicate program effectiveness to Executive Leadership.
- Educate AWS staff on the company’s technology and its fit within their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Conduct regular communication and business reviews with AWS and the company teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years in channel sales or management roles focused on Global Strategic Partners, ideally with AWS.
- Effective collaboration skills across sales, alliances, marketing, legal, and operations teams.
- Ability to focus and execute in a dynamic environment with a strong tolerance for ambiguity.
- Proven track record of scaling technology practices with strategic partners.
- Strong drive, character qualities that align with company culture, and ability to inspire teams.
- High degree of empathy and commitment to building diverse teams.
