About Affiliate Marketing:

Affiliate Marketing is a performance-based marketing where a brand, in this case Wolt, rewards affiliates for each FTUs brought to our platforms using their own marketing efforts. What that  means is that we collaborate with different brands and ask them to promote Wolt to their audience (via social media, website, app,...) in exchange for a commission when they drive new users. The main affiliate categories we are working with are Cashbacks, Coupon websites, Student platforms, Fintech apps and more. 

About the Team: 

  • The affiliate marketing team is relatively new, we launched the first program in DEU in July 2022 and we are now currently running affiliate activities in 24 markets. 
  • We work with affiliate networks which support us to recruit new affiliates, track each affiliates’ performance and make sure they get paid commission on time.. 
  • As part of the Performance Marketing team, the main goal of the affiliate team is to drive FTUs and support market efforts in reaching their new users' goals. 

As the affiliate channel is growing we are now looking for an affiliate marketing specialist to focus on exponentially growing the affiliate programs across assigned markets as well as taking the lead in kick-starting a new strategic project on user retention & engagement.
 

Growing the Affiliate Programs :

  • Grow the affiliate program in your assigned region by recruiting new affiliate partners and optimizing existing partnerships through working with our affiliate networks.

  • Coordinate affiliate activities with responsible stakeholders, e.g. local teams, brand team, UA campaign managers

  • Proactively recommend innovative deal structures to better optimize different affiliate verticals

  • Establish outstanding relationship with Dognet, and other key local affiliates in the region (HRV-SVK-CZE-HUN) 

  • Monitor, analyze and make recommendations on the affiliate activities to stakeholders regularly

 

Lead and Execute the Affiliate Retention & Engagement Strategy

  • Work closely with the Affiliate team and wider marketing team to deliver the affiliate Retention & Engagement strategy

  • Align with the biz dev/analytics teams internally to build a framework to measure the success metrics of this project and overcome current attribution challenges

  • You have 1-3 years experience in marketing, business development, account management or a related field 1- 3 years in marketing 

  • Proven experience with managing successful partnerships

  • Proven experience working across multiple business units with a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills and confident working with data, able to build simple Looker dashboards 

  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem is a plus (Key players, commission model, tracking system)

  • Eager to learn and you thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment

  • Hands-on experience with Appsflyer or GA4 is a plus
