Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve a variety of technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver clear and user-friendly instructions to clients, ensuring they understand the solutions offered.
• Accurately document all client interactions and technical issues in the support system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and attentive service.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance client support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with online media tools and current technologies.
