Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues efficiently.
• Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
• Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the company's support system.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
