How you will contribute to our goals:
- regular communication with all stakeholders and responsibility for customer contract fulfillment
- control planning process & forecast process
- claim management
- management of customer/partner complaints, especially in strategic and complex projects
- process coordination and implementation
- management reporting and governance tasks
- participation in larger projects, individually managing smaller scale projects
- recommendation of optimization potentials
- implementation of quality assurance
What you will bring to our team:
- at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry with an extensive experience in Service, Delivery, Partner management or as a technical Product Owner
- strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile concepts and process management

outstanding communication skills, a strong B2/C1 level German and English
- exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as persuasiveness at top management level
- superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- high degree of flexibility and willingness to expand the scope of classic service delivery management (customer interface) to "product service management" (interfaces to partners and many customers)
- previous experience working with contract regulations, managing confidential information
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (Public and or Private) and networking
- Cloud-native technologies (Containers, Microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps) is an advantage
- experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage
- experience in in-depth contract management is an advantage
