In this role, you will provide essential support to customers of our media streaming services, communicating primarily in German. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in German for media streaming inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to users.
• Educate customers on the features and functionalities of the media streaming platform.
• Manage customer complaints efficiently, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions within our support management system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues as needed.
• Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English are required.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
