Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier technical support to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat for fitness technology products.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues associated with fitness applications and wearable devices.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes to ensure clarity and effectiveness of solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Work closely with product teams to relay user feedback and contribute to potential product enhancements.
• Remain updated on the latest developments in fitness technology to provide informed and relevant support.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for customers on the effective use of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in German with a strong command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support, especially within the fitness or technology sectors.
• Passion for fitness and a solid understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
