Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Familiarity with customer support systems and technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
