Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress.
Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
