As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This position allows you to engage with German-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel reservations and offering information about services and amenities. Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking guests via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude to create a positive experience for guests.
- Accurately document guest interactions to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel services, policies, and local attractions to offer valuable information to guests.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is stated in your application.
- Strong passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
