Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding health and wellness products, ensuring accurate information is conveyed
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges smoothly while adhering to company policies
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their health and wellness objectives
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to serve customers better

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems
• Enthusiasm for health and wellness products and industry knowledge
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
