Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints related to grocery deliveries.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve future service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets.
- Engage in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and best practices in the grocery delivery industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and C.V. in your application.
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
