Your Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy and support to German-speaking clients regarding our artificial intelligence solutions.
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Document customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.
• Engage in training sessions on new AI product updates and functionalities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is preferred.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Analytical skills to identify and solve client issues effectively.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
