• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document transactions appropriately.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
