- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
- Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
- You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service
- Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
- Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
Requirements
- Native level German and fluent English
- Customer service experience minimum 6 months
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
- You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
- A technical background is an advantage
- You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
