Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling software presentations and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to the product development and marketing teams.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in B2B software sales or a related field.
