As an Order Support Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our mission to improve diabetes care. You will connect with customers, provide exceptional service, and ensure a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone and email, offering prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Facilitate the ordering and shipping process, ensuring customers receive their devices and test/demo kits efficiently.
  • Process orders based on doctor’s prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve inquiries regarding payment transactions with professionalism and clarity.
  • Provide support for ordering devices (excluding the active ingredient) and offer advice on their use.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written level.
  • Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to manage orders and prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Skilled at resolving issues and providing clear, effective solutions.
  • Understand the needs of patients with diabetes and are committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
