Responsibilities:
- Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements
- Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
- Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
Requirements
- C2 level in German
- B1-B2 level English skills
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Adaptive skills and team spirit
- Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
