We are seeking fluent German speaking Customer Service Consultants to work as Financial and Payment Recovery Agents remotely all over Greece!
Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
Requirements
- Good command of English would be considered a plus
- Exceptional communication & soft skills
- Computer knowledge
- Experience in customer service or customer facing roles would be considered an asset
- Experience in banking environment would be considered an asset
- Can do attitude, willingness to learn and reliability are essential to your success in this role
