Your Role:

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and closing sales. 

You’ll also work closely with existing clients to promote additional products and services, ensuring mutual success and fostering long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Your typical day will involve:

  • Researching prospects: Proactively identify and evaluate potential clients in the target market through outbound calls, prospecting, and social media channels.
  • Engaging leads: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings.
  • Building relationships: Reach out through personalized communications, including calls, emails, and social platforms, to spark interest and connect with potential customers.
  • Guiding the sales process: Build trust, establish credibility, and maintain strong connections as you guide leads through the sales journey.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A knack for presenting value propositions, addressing objections, and building rapport with clients across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions effectively.
  • A collaborative attitude, comfortable working with sales teams and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, with confidence in utilizing them for efficiency and success.
